Yep. If you’ve got an address, we’ve got you covered.
From LA to London, Divine Snuggle ships everywhere.

📦 Where do you ship from?

All orders ship straight out of our warehouse in Hong Kong — packaged with care and ready to hit your doorstep.

⏳ Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast — so if you need to make a change, you’ve got 12 hours from when you ordered. After that, it’s already moving through the system and we can’t touch it.

TL;DR: Don’t wait. If you need something changed, email us ASAP.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

All the basics — Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and other major cards.
If it swipes or taps, you’re good.

🔄 When will my order be processed?

Orders get processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), and shipped out right after.
Holidays or big sales might slow things a little, but we don’t sit on orders. You order, we hustle.

📬 How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand and global shipping speeds, orders can take 7-12 business days to arrive.

❓What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t shown up within 30 days after it ships,  you are eligible for a full refund.

💰 Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Depends where you live.
Prices on our site are tax-free in USD, but your country might charge customs or import fees. That’s out of our hands — check with your local customs office for details.

We aren’t responsible for customs delays, but we’ll always have your back if anything feels off.

If you're not completely in love with your Jesus Plush, send it back within 14 days, no questions asked.

Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.
Banks usually take 7–10 business days to drop the funds back into your account. If it’s taking longer, check with your bank or card company first.
